Leadership Development:
Leadership is a top priority of The Rainbow Pages Foundation. The foundation believes that each of us has the potential for greatness, and will work with you to develop self-esteem and pride, needed to bring out the leader in you. Peer on peer mentoring, HRC, GLBT Chamber awareness and community involvement, are just a few of the programs you will be required to participate in.
Volunteering:
Volunteerism will help us address the needs of our young adult programs. We need adult volunteers to mentor for our youth program ages 13-17 and for our young adult program ages 18-23. We believe that this will not only make our programs more relevant, but will also help to develop tomorrow’s leaders today.

Coming Out:
Some come out when they are young and others when they are older, coming out can mean different things to different people. There is no right or wrong time, or way, to come out, it all depends on the person and where they are at in their awareness of who they are. Coming out can be a new phase in your life, an extension of who you are, and for some it can be frightening. We are here to help them to talk, learn and accept who they are.

This program is designed to prepare you for an interview. This is a seminar on how to prepare for the job market. What to wear and what to say; Resume writing assistance; and dressing for the job.
